Abducted Girls:U.S Sends Troops
In continuation of efforts aimed at bringing back the abducted Chibok girls, the U.S. has sent 80 troops to Chad, the White House said.
In a letter to congress yesterday,President Barack Obama said the soldiers were not ground troops. They “will support the operation of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance aircraft for missions over northern Nigeria and the surrounding area,” President Barack Obama said. “The force will remain in Chad until its support in resolving the kidnapping situation is no longer required.”
