President Jonathan And His Wife Have No Candidates-PDP

As the 2015 elections draw closer,the People's Democratic Party has sounded a note of warning to those party memebers who have been parading themselves as candidates of the President or his wife.They have been asked to desist from such insinuations and utterances.
This was made known by the Zonal Publicity Secretary of the PDP,Mr Ali Odefa in Umuahia.
"I want to tell you that Mr President has no candidate in any state.So anybody that has ambition to contest for any position and is dropping the name of the first family/her own.The President is a man who believes in democracy and the party is very particular about internal democracy",Odefa said.
"I advice all members of our party that have ambitions to stop dropping names and market yourselves if you have the quality and what it takes to do so.We don't appreciate our party memebers coming to tell us I am the candidate of the first lady;I am the candidate of the President.It is not true.The first lady and the President have no candidate"Mr Odefa insisted.
