With the number of daily defections from the APC to the ruling PDP,one wonders what would be left of the APC when the 2015 general elections finally begin.I guess Nigerians are begining to understand that the APC is nothing but a deceptive gathering of undemocratic elements blinded by their lost for power.
The APC continues to suffer heavy defections in various states,this time,it is in Edo State where an aide to governor Adams Oshiomhole, Mr Agharese Idubor and at least 150 registered APC members in Benin have joined the PDP.
Idubor who spoke on behalf of the defected members said their decision was as a result of the shemeful ward congress recently conducted in the state.He said leadership positions should be attained through elections and not by imposition as was done in Edo State in particular and APC in general.
Receiving the members, the Chairman of the PDP in Edo, Chief Dan Orbih, said the decision to join the PDP was in view of the “APC’s shameful ward congress.”
