The Peoples Democratic Party has hailed political leaders in Nigeria for uniting and speaking with one voice against terrorism irrespective of political differences and party affiliations.The party said this was a clear message to those who were sponsors of terrorism in the nation.
This was contained in a statement issued by the PDP National Publicity Secretary,Chief Olisa Metuh.
Metuh said“Our political class has shown its commitment to the unity and greatness of our dear country, it has shamed doomsday prophets.’’
“The challenges facing the nation
are transitory and cannot defeat the collective spirit of the Nigerian
people and their proven determination to live as one.“The PDP believes in Nigeria and Nigerians. We believe that our country will emerge out of these challenges a renewed, stronger and more united Nigeria.
“The time has therefore come for all citizens to look ahead and join hands in love to build a prosperous country where all will live in peace and unity irrespective of ethnic, religious and political differences,’’ Metuh said.
He also called on Nigerians to always be vigilant and guide against actions that encourage terrorism and violence.

The sponsors of terrorism had better desist from the act else soon they will be exposed.
Atleast the elites now know the importance of uniting against terrorism,i hail them too.
