Boko Haram have been told by the top brass of Nigeria's military that talks were still an option.Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General Kenneth Minimah made the declaration when he in company of his air force counterpart Air Marshal Adesola Amosu visited the troops in Maiduguri.
