A Federal High Court in Kaduna has struck out a suit filed by one Shuaibu Lili challenging President Jonathan's undeclared but legitimate 2015 ambition.The presiding judge,Justice Evelyn Enya-Dike in her ruling said the plaintiff had failed to convince the court in all the prayers they sought,and struck out the case.She said Jonathan was yet to declare his intention to context and that the suit was "at best hypothetical,preemptive,speculative and mere conjunctures".
The Judge also said the plaintiff lacked locus standi as they had failed to show that they would suffer any special damages more than any other member of the public if the President contested in 2015.
